This policy applies to downloadable digital products and prepaid report credits purchased directly from GrowthGary.com.
Digital product refunds
Because digital access is provided after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided. This rule does not apply where a refund is required by applicable law or where Growth Gary’s governing terms expressly provide otherwise.
Delivery or file problems
If you were charged but did not receive access, received the wrong file, or cannot open a corrupted download, contact us through the Growth Gary contact page. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, replace the file, or provide another remedy required by law.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Please contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once or did not authorize a charge. We may request information reasonably needed to locate and review the transaction. This does not limit rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
Before purchasing
Please review the product description, compatibility information, included file formats, and these terms before purchasing. GrowthGary AI Marketing ChatOS is a downloadable digital product, not a SaaS subscription.
Platform compatibility
GrowthGary AI Marketing ChatOS relies in part on third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT. Those services may change independently of GrowthGary. Future changes to third-party features, interfaces, file handling, or prompt behavior may affect some ChatOS workflows. GrowthGary may provide updates or adaptations while the product is actively maintained, but cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with any specific third-party AI service. This does not limit any rights or remedies that apply under applicable law.
Social profile restrictions and report credits
AI Social Media Profile Audit PRO and AI Social Media Influencer Growth PRO use publicly accessible Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profile data. We cannot assess profiles the platform blocks with age or sensitive-content restrictions, including adult-content profiles behind those gates. We do not bypass login or age-verification gates. Private profiles are also unsupported.
For purchases made on or after September 29, 2026, report-credit purchases are not refundable solely because your intended profile has one of these disclosed platform restrictions. Check profile eligibility before buying credits. If a run cannot complete because the platform reports that the profile is restricted, no report credit is charged; any reserved credit is released and remains available for supported profiles or other available GrowthGary tools. Repeating the run does not remove the platform restriction.
This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, or remedies for duplicate or unauthorized charges or failure to deliver purchased credits. The terms presented when you purchased govern that purchase.
