AI Marketing

AI marketing means using AI to support work such as research, planning, drafting and analysis. The useful question is not “which AI tool should I buy?” but “which task could become clearer, faster or more consistent without lowering the quality of the result?” Use this hub to choose that first task.

Choose a task with a clear finish line

Good starting candidates have inputs you can provide, an output you can inspect and a person who can judge whether it is useful. Try turning verified service information into an article outline, summarizing customer questions with permission, or producing alternative headlines for review.

Start more cautiously when a task involves customer commitments, sensitive information, money or publishing without review. The ability to produce an answer is not the same as permission to act on it.

Run a small, comparable experiment

  1. Record the baseline: how long does the task take now, and what makes its output acceptable?
  2. Supply the context: the audience, objective, verified facts, examples and constraints.
  3. Ask for one useful output: keep the scope narrow enough to check.
  4. Review the work: verify factual claims and links; look for missing context and unsuitable tone.
  5. Compare the whole job: include preparation, corrections and review time, then decide whether to repeat it.

For example, a home-services owner could ask AI to organize ten common customer questions into a draft FAQ outline. The owner supplies the real answers and checks the final wording. That is a more controlled experiment than asking AI to invent service promises or publish pages automatically.

Build a repeatable process before adding more tools

Save the inputs, instructions and review checklist when an experiment works. Give it an owner and a place in your week. If the output repeatedly needs major correction, improve the source material or narrow the task before changing subscriptions.

Do not judge progress only by the number of posts or messages produced. Track whether the work is accurate, useful to customers and connected to a business objective. Treat generated ideas as proposals until checked; AI cannot supply personal experience your business has not had.
