Which profiles are restricted?
AI Social Media Profile Audit PRO and AI Social Media Influencer Growth PRO need publicly accessible Instagram, TikTok or YouTube profiles. If the platform blocks public access with an age or sensitive-content restriction, GrowthGary cannot assess that profile. This includes adult-content profiles behind those restrictions.
A profile may look public when you view it while signed in and still be restricted to people or tools that are not signed in or age verified. GrowthGary does not bypass these gates or request your social account password.
What this means before you buy credits
Do not purchase credits to assess a profile that has one of these restrictions. Adult or sensitive subject matter alone does not establish a platform restriction; the limitation applies when the platform restricts public access. Private profiles are also unsupported, but a private profile, an incorrect handle and a platform restriction are different situations.
What happens if a report cannot run?
If the platform reports that a profile is restricted, no credit is charged for that run. Repeating the report will not overcome the restriction. Only the platform can review or remove it. Your unused credits remain available for supported profiles and other available GrowthGary tools.
Credit purchases and refunds
Credit purchases are not refundable solely because the profile you intended to assess has one of these disclosed restrictions, except where required by law. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
