These Terms of Purchase apply to digital products purchased from GrowthGary.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and any additional terms shown at checkout.
Product and payment
The GrowthGary AI Marketing ChatOS is a downloadable digital product. Its regular price is $99 USD as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe, and access is provided after successful payment verification.
License and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded materials for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may make working copies for that use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share publicly, or make the product available as a competing product, template library, membership benefit, or download.
AI-assisted use
The current GrowthGary AI Marketing ChatOS product is designed, tested, and supported for ChatGPT. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information, verifying claims, and deciding what to publish or implement.
Platform compatibility: GrowthGary AI Marketing ChatOS relies in part on third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT. Those services may change independently of GrowthGary. Future changes to third-party features, interfaces, file handling, or prompt behavior may affect some ChatOS workflows. GrowthGary may provide updates or adaptations while the product is actively maintained, but cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with any specific third-party AI service.
No software service or automatic integrations
The product is not a SaaS application and does not automatically connect to analytics, advertising, CRM, email, publishing, or other marketing systems. Any integrations or automations must be separately selected, configured, tested, and maintained by you.
Delivery and support
After a successful payment, the checkout flow will provide access instructions and Stripe may send a payment receipt to the email address supplied at checkout. Keep your download and receipt information secure. If delivery fails or a file is corrupted, contact Growth Gary through the support page with enough information to locate the purchase.
Refunds
Digital-product refunds are governed by the Growth Gary Refund Policy. Because access is provided after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated in these terms.
Results and warranties
Growth Gary does not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, traffic, campaign performance, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on your market, offer, data, resources, judgment, implementation, third-party platforms, and other factors. The product is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without promises beyond those expressly stated at purchase.
Intellectual property
Growth Gary and its licensors retain ownership of the product, website, branding, and original materials. Your business information remains yours. Your use of an AI provider is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility and limitation
You remain responsible for business, marketing, legal, financial, privacy, and operational decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Growth Gary is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the product or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. The terms presented at purchase will govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. Questions can be submitted through the Growth Gary contact page.
